Everybody tries to find low cost web hosting services, there is no doubt. But what is an actual cost when it comes to web hosting? There are many web hosting services, a lot of them are cheap or low cost.
Are you really saving money?
Of course not. I made a little research and I have found that reliable Low Cost Web Hosting Services and Website will be about $5 – $15 per month. If you are going to build a web site for ecommerce purpose or for information about your companies’ services and products, the price will be higher than $5 – $15.
Of curse, price is very important but, take into consideration that your business will be damaged if you saving money at cost of the quality web hosting services. So, your business should not depend upon $15 per month.
Of course, you can use web hosting services, but here below you can find several reasons to avoid the lowest price when choosing web hosting company:
1. Usability. How user-friendly is their Control Panel? This is just a beginning. It should run without no problems and should be well organized to be easy to work with. Lots of businesses are searching the cheapest web hosting services and companies and enter the Internet game.
2. Service. This is the main point. Just imagine that horror when you upload your site and from the very beginning some problems arise and you do not have anybody to address for help. What will you do then? The time of response will vary when a massage was sent will be different, depending upon the number of users on the system ant one time, but it you have an urgent issue? Can you wait for 2 days? As for me, I would not wait. It can be disastrous for your business.
3. Reliability. It is recommended to check the uptime of the web hosting company. If they can not offer you at least 99% uptime, go on with your searching. For instance, if you have an ecommerce web site and it functions not properly. Many vendors accounts will forbid your website if it is not reputable. You can even find your web site down, when Yahoo and Google spiders creep. Search engines usually do not send people to not reliable sites.
Now you can understand that if you pay a little more for reputable web hosting service, you can save your money actually. Price is important but it has not to be a deciding feature when you are selecting a web hosting company. You pay some money, put a lot of your efforts, spend a lot of time and work hard to run your business in a proper way and to create your own web site, but everything can be ruined if you sign up with low cost not reliable web hosting company. So be careful, do a lot of researches and make a comparison of two or three companies before making a decision.
It is recommended to see web hosting prices, Web hosting costs, Low Cost Web hosting service, Web hosting packages, affordable web hosting package, web hosting comparison.

Building A New Website That Gets You Results
Posted on 21. Aug, 2010 by Cory.
There are a lot of things that go into when you build a new website. One of the things you want to do is to find out what your conversion rates are. When you market your site, you’ll be getting a lot of traffic. With the people that come how much does it take to make one sale and how much are all the sales worth? Now that you know your conversion rates, you can figure out what your expenses are. It all comes down to doing some math figures which aren’t so bad if you think about it.
It all comes down to simple SEO. Once you are really good with your numbers you can take a look at one client that you have and you can figure out just how much work you had to go through to get just that one client. The key factor is how many clients you can obtain during a lifetime and how much effort is that going to cost me. This is where marketing your budget comes in.
I see so many people get this wrong, especially with the market research they are doing. There is only so much data you can look at before you have to say to yourself that I have to be doing some work here. It’s almost like playing the stock market. When you play the stock market, you have to design a trading system that works well for you or you won’t make any money. The same thing holds true for marketing your business. Once you find out what works, you now have to do the work to get the clients coming in. You’ll never find that perfect keyword phrase that will bring in the big bucks, so just go with a variety of them.
These are big issues for some people for various reasons. You can be like the education cocaine addict that spends all of his time on the research yet never does any testing, nor puts the system into play. That is not the smart way to go about things. Sure there is a lot of research you can find on the search engines, but at some point, you have to get off of your dead butt and do something about it.
Another way running a business is like trading is your past results are no gauge at what is going to happen to you in the future. Look at those figures as guidelines, but they are cemented in a permanent way saying that such and such is definitely going to happen. When you get to the end of your day, there is nothing like doing some work that is going to bring visitors to your website. That is the ultimate examination for you.
Take 30 days and write stuff down. You can find some great services free online. Those are just a few things I know about when you build a new website.

Amazing Tips On Website Development Navigation Strategies And Tips
Posted on 25. Jul, 2010 by Cory.

Many of us are frustrated when we are trying to find information on a certain item and we have to go through several different webpages before we can find a picture of it. Nobody wants to have to do this. Make it easy for visitors to become customers and set up your e-commerce website development so that it is a breeze to navigate through.
Think of the navigation that’s on an airplane or on a ship. The navigational system lets you know that you are heading where you want to go. It also signals you when you are off-course.
Site maps are very important navigational tools for your web presence. This useful feature gives a breakdown allowing the visitor to understand where information can be located. There will be a variety of headings and hyperlinks pointing to those locations. Visiting a site map can take the customer to the general area or the specific place that they want to go.
Listening to online business marketing experts, we find out that a general rule of thumb is to ensure that the visitor takes less than three clicks to get to their destination. A customer who has to click more than that will find a website that does work within this rule. It is essential that you employ good navigation, as you could lose more business than you think, before anybody even sees your product.
From the homepage to the product page needs to be a very short trip. Set up your site so that it has drop down menus, is easy to read, has well labelled buttons and other features that ensure that your site is truly user-friendly. When the cursor moves around the page and comes across a clickable link, it should change colour or turn into an icon of a hand. Testing your links and pages before going live avoids any faulty links that lead to products.
When you advertise on other websites, you include links to your website. Well, if you are concerned about publicising your product, you will want to link to an appropriate landing page and not to the home. The landing page can take the potential customer straight to where that product is located on your website. If you draw an analogy with a supermarket, the landing page could take the client to the general location in your virtual storefront if you have a category of different products available. The customer can then click and read a detailed description or simply click and buy if they wish.
A landing page can be some way to find out information. It can contain content that talks about that particular type of product, with a button at the bottom to click and view it in the virtual store. For eCommerce businesses that want to use customer interest to create email lists, the landing page can include a form for capturing that information before proceeding to the actual product.
You will certainly have a much greater chance of selling something if it is easy to find. Take time when you are putting your website together, so that the overall design makes it easy to link the pages for best effect and remember that if you are looking for help with any of your online business marketing or design issues, a professional virtual assistant can be located rather easily by engaging a Google search!

How To Find Buyers For Your Websites For Sale
Posted on 30. Nov, 2009 by Cory.
Finding prospects for your websites on sale can either be easy or time-consuming for the new internet marketer. It’s always key to target your market with the website you are selling. If you can, always try to sell a few different websites at the same time so that you can put your marketing efforts into more than just one website for sale.
Try to familiarize yourself with the many forums online that can be geared towards your websites for sale. If you have a very unique niche, you can be certain to find a place that you can list it at. For example, if you have a guitar WordPress blog, you will be able to find many, many websites geared towards guitars but narrow in on the kind of guitar blog you have. If it’s specifically about learning the acoustic guitar, you can find online forums that cater to this. You will be able to focus on potential buyers who are interested and looking to buy this kind of blog. Know your market and where you can find them.
DigitalPoint has many business type websites for sale as well as buyers. If you familiarize yourself with the forum, there seems to be a popularity with business, dating, and more saturated website niches for sale and being bought. Of course there are unique websites up for sale and those who are looking but make sure you know who frequents the forums. You may be able to catch someone that said they were looking for a fishing type website and this time, you have it. Keep an email list of potential buyers and what they may be looking for. Let them be the first to be notified with your asking price.
It’s always smart to have an asking price but it’s even better if you make room for offers so do markup your price by a percentage that you’re comfortable with. When you leave it in the buyer’s hands to make an offer to you, this makes them feel that they are in control and that you may take their offer if they they know you want to make a quick sale.
Always use Paypal or another online method to eliminate any snail mail options. If you’re from one country and the buyer is from another country, cheques should never be accepted. For one thing, the potential buyer may never send the cheque and if they do, it could get lost in transit. As well, once the cheque reaches your bank and it’s from a different country, it can take a large amount of time to clear if it ever clears.
Make it easy for your potential buyer by sending them an invoice on the settled price. Once the payment has been received, do keep your end of the deal and transfer their website over as quicky as possible. This will ensure that you get a good testimonial if you’re looking for one and will more often than not, send referrals your way.

Important Factors To Consider When Pricing Your Website To Sell
Posted on 27. Nov, 2009 by Cory.
Pricing your website for sale can be daunting especially if you’re new to the business of buying and selling websites. Research is always key in any business and you’ll find that you may to do a lot of it in the beginning with this one. The niche that may have been hot one moment can go stale the next because it becomes saturated quickly.
For instance, there are so many turnkey websites on the topic of the best online hosting sites. If you do a quick Google search, you will find over 100,000 sites on it and 90% of them have the same look and feel to it. You can bet that there are many people who are making the same cookie cutter website in huge batches and reselling them under different domain names. Unfortunately, for those buyers who don’t do their research can get swindled into spending hundreds of dollars on the same website someone else has but with just a different domain name.
To make a profit on the website you want to sell, you shouldn’t be selling cookie cutter websites. Cookie cutter websites are websites that have the same look, content and topic. The only difference is that you have them under unoriginal domain names with popular to unpopular extensions. These websites can be turnkey sites to content blog type sites. You don’t want to be known as the website maker who makes generic sites for sale.
In order to price your website to sell, there are many factors to take into account. When you are ready to list it up for sale, you should have a great domain. If you had bought the website and flipped it, purchasing a new keyword domain can do wonders for a website sale. Even if it’s the same name but different extension. You can definitely get more money for a .com domain versus an .info domain.
Create a buzz about the website for sale. Draw in potential buyers if it’s an established site. Play up the website traffic that it brings in daily. If it’s monetized, stress on the fact that it can make even more profit by finding other affiliate products to add to it. List the amount of back links to the site if it is established. Buyers want to know if it’s been around for a couple of years and has more than a few hundred back links on it. This means less work on the buyer’s part.
If you choose to list your website for sale on a popular site like Flippa, you can start the bidding price low. It’s a known fact that low prices can generate a lot more bids even if it’s capped at a higher price. Remember, buyers always want more for their money so capitalize on what they are getting with your website. People don’t look for high priced websites to buy, they will try to find something lower even it’s in a premium website section. The key here is to think like a buyer and you will sell your website even faster.

Buying WordPress blogs are easy. There are many who put them up for sale on DigitalPoint forums and SitePoint forums. The best way to flip WordPress blogs are to actually approach blog owners. There is no shame in asking and if you never ask, you will never know. If you come across a blog that you like and you can see that the blog owner can do more with it, this is where you can offer your services to flip it for them.
If you wanted, you can even appeal to a certain niche when it comes to flipping WordPress blogs. For instance, there are many website owners who are using WordPress for business niches. Most don’t stand out because they have the same visual look and are using the same kind of PLR content. Stick with one niche in flipping and then branch out to flip other WordPress niche blogs. Approaching blog owners directly can be the best approach for your business since word of mouth will follow.
Set up your own website to offer flipping packages for WordPress bloggers. To begin with, most are using the same standard WordPress templates that are offered for free with their hosting companies. Most blogs get lost amongst every other blog because they all look the same and the worse is being mistaken for another blog. This is one of the first things to do when flipping a WordPress blog. Changing up the blog header and layout. There are so many free layouts available that you can easily find it through a Google search.
Determining the right blog layout is crucial because you want to use the best layout for the website you’re flipping. Always take into consideration what they are using WordPress for. A content site will navigate differently than an e-commerce site. TOP Reasons Why Online Entrepreneurs Would Buy And Sell A Website Online
Posted on 13. Nov, 2009 by Cory.
Buying and selling websites is one of the most profitable ways to make money online. Some online entrepreneurs have even turned it into a part-time business for themselves with most making more than part-time cash. The following are the top reasons people would invest in buying websites to re-sell.
Buying a website can be a small investment with a high profit margin. You don’t need to find out where you can get wholesale deals on merchandise to re-sell. Buying and selling websites can be very appealing to those who don’t have a lot of money to start up their own business. Purchasing a small website to re-sell to other online entrepreneurs is a small price to pay to figure out if you will enjoy this business. Instead of losing thousands of dollars upfront to inventory that beginner entrepreneurs make the mistake of doing right off the bat, this is an investment that you will be able to break even with right away.
There is no merchandise that you need to physically stock up for your online business. Most new online entrepreneurs attempt to build e-commerce businesses and end up with a ton of inventory at the end of year. With buying and selling websites, you can buy when you want. You have the choice of what types of websites you want to purchase without having to maintain inventory in your home. All of your websites are parked or being hosted at the hosting company of your choice. You can buy new websites as you go along selling them. With each sale, you can use some of your profit to invest in one or more sites.
You may not need to do a lot of research on the types of websites you are going to sell. For instance, if you are a pro at playing golf, you can seek out golf websites that you want to fix up to resell. If you are a baker by day, imagine all the experience you can provide on the bakery websites you have bought. Choosing a niche that you know will make it a lot easier for you to write quality content for. Knowing a subject well will lessen the research time and give you more time to re-sell your website(s).
Profitable websites are in demand. With the economy, there are even more people visiting the internet wanting to buy a website that will make them money. These are people who don’t know how to build a website from scratch and are willing to pay the money to purchase a website that is already doing well.
This is the same for savvy entrepreneurs online who have a collection of profitable websites. These entrepreneurs look for more websites that already have a rank in the top search engines. They also look for websites that are high in content and can easily be maintained. In this day and age, the internet is the way of the world. Everyone wants a piece of it and you can make that available with the websites you sell.

All you have to do is write some articles related to your niche and submit them to the TOP article directories online. You could also use some article submission services to syndicate your articles giving them the maximum exposure they deserve and giving you the opportunity to gain more Twitter followers.
The only thing you have to do is once you’ve finished writing your articles and are getting them ready for submission is to create a resource box with your Twitter page URL asking them to follow you on Twitter.
And as you might know you can have up to three URLs in your article resource box so why not add your website and blog URL to the mix. This will only ad to you getting more Traffic, Sales and Twitter followers.
By writing articles you are branding yourself as an expert in that niche which will make people coming to your Twitter page more targeted and eager to opt-in to receive more information from you about whatever your niche is through Twitter. It also gives you the opportunity to promote your own products or affiliate products you are marketing which in the end is what you are trying to accomplish anyway.
So, my advice to you is get writing some articles and start syndicating them around the web with your Twitter page URL in the resource box. 10, 20 or 30 more Twitter followers a day adds up, and the best part is they are highly targeted Twitter followers.
It doesn’t get any better then that.

The answer is submitting your Twitter to the TOP Twitter directories online.

So what I recommend you do is set aside some time this week and submit your Twitter page to them. It will only take less then a hour and your done.
Make sure you have your Twitter title, Twitter description and some keyword tags already ready to cut and paste into the fields provided. This will save you time doing it from scratch every time.
So with that said here are the TOP Twitter directories you should submit your Twitter page to.

WeFollow – wefollow.com/
Twellow – www.twellow.com/

How To Get More Twitter Followers Using The POWER Of RSS
Posted on 23. Sep, 2009 by Cory.
The first How To Get More Twitter Followers strategy I’m going to discuss is through the use of RSS or Real Simple Syndication.
If you’ve been using Twitter for any length of time now then you know that it is a micro-blog.
Now for those of you who don’t know that a micro-blog is don’t worry, it’s nothing major. A micro-blog is simply a mini version of a standard blog where you only get 140 characters worth of space to blast out what your trying to get across to your Twitter audience.
That’s a micro-blog in a nutshell and is what Twitter is.
The reason I want you to understand this is both regular blogs and micro-blogs like Twitter use RSS to syndicate their content to their subscribers, RSS directories and to whomever decides to use your feed as content on their websites or in their RSS aggregators or readers.
So what I’m trying to get across here is for you to submit your Twitter RSS feed to as many RSS directories possible. By doing this your building your reach so when someone from those RSS directories or where ever your Twitter RSS feed was found, when they click on your tweet from your Twitter RSS feed it’ll bring them back to your Twitter profile page, which is exactly what you want. From there they can choose to browse your Twitter Tweets and if they like what your tweeting about they’ll have the option to follow you.
That’s it.
Remember, you can’t make other Twitters follow you. They have to make that decision themselves because it’s an opt-in process that they have full control over.
Twitter is a great platform to use and I know there are HUGE claims of people getting thousands of follows a month which is possible, it’s just the ‘How’ that most Twitters get stuck on which is why I’m writing this series, sharing with you my findings as I discover them.
So with that said I hope this post helped you and most importantly, that you put it into action because you don’t what the unknown will bring.

Your Twitter Account Is Useless Without These
Posted on 21. Sep, 2009 by Cory.
Twitter these days is growing by the masses. More and more people are using Twitter for staying in touch with friends and using it as a means of staying in touch with potential customers.
However which way you use Twitter it is useless without these.
When I refer to the word these I mean Twitter Followers.
There is absolutely no reason to set up a Twitter account unless you plan on obtaining Twitter followers who are either interested in you or your business.
The problem that happens to many starting out is how to get those Twitter followers to follow them.
It’s really not that difficult once you know how and where to find them. The problem that arises is it is very time consuming finding Twitters followers to follow who are interested in you or your business.
At this time Twitter allows you to follow up to 1000 followers a day until you reach 2000 followers. After you reach 2000 followers you are then allowed to follow a percentage daily.
So with that said, getting to those 2000 followers should be your goal and in the next few days time I’ll be releasing some ways you can achieve this one Twitter tactic at a time.
Now to make it clear to you Twitter allows you to follow up to 1000 followers a day but that doesn’t mean that you can’t have Twitterers follow you without you following them first.
I see lots of Twitters out there with thousands of followers and are only following less then one hundred, so it’s entirely possible.
Your first task should do before setting up a Twitter account is decide whether your Twitter account is for personal or business use.
That’s it for now. So stay tuned for my up coming Twitter posts about how to gain more Twitter followers for your Twitter.
